Showcase Developments SL are property developers and realtors based in both Spain and the UK.

The client came to us as they wanted to completely re brand their company including redesigning and consolidating their existing websites.

They required consultation on their branding with a view to split their business into 2 sections, the real estates and the development side of the company. They wanted separate logos and websites for each sister company but needed consistent branding amongst the two.

They wanted their corporate identity to represent a professional, friendly, efficient, reliable, honest and affordable service. In terms of colours they wanted to avoid ‘cheesy seaside colours’ and look at earthy / green colours since most of their business is in inland development, although they still wanted the look and feel to have a bright, Spanish feel to it.

They needed complete stationery sets and a website for each sister company - with the real estate site having a property database where they could manage and upload properties through a content management system themselves.
