What is a templated website?

A templated website is a site that is pre designed and built but allows for changes to the design that enables us to tailor the site to your company.

Why have a templated website?

Since less time is needed to create the website, as the site has already been pre-coded and the structure of the design is in place, it means we can turn you a website around in a shorter time, which in turn allows us to offer it to you for a cheaper price.

Will your site look the same as someone else using the same template?

If you decide to purchase a templated website it could be that another company is using the same template, however we will work with you to make sure your site is still unique. Choosing the right images, colours and fonts will not only make your site unique, it will also reinforce your company branding. We understand how important it is that your website is professional and reflects your company and it is our job to make sure this happens.

Below is an example of how different 2 sites can look when making use of the same template. The use of different colours, images and text has allowed for a completely different look and feel to be achieved. Once different logos and content are in place the sites individuality will again be reinforced.

Why use our templates?

All our templates are originated by us. We design and build each site ourselves – they are not bought from a stock template website. By working with us it means, that although you are buying a templated website, we are still designing the site for you and you have someone on hand should you wish to have changes made now or in the future. We offer a personal touch that you do not get buying off the shelf and since websites are our area of expertise, we will work closely with you to make sure your template truly reflects your company’s needs. We will make sure that the style, colours, fonts and images work together to reflect your branding and your finished product is a professionally designed and well built website.

What is included?

• Offered with each template as standard is:-
• 1 year’s web hosting
• 1 year’s ownership of a .com or .eu domain name of your choice*
  (if available)
• Up to 5 basic email accounts
• Up to 10 stock images (Up to 10 small low resolution web images, or 3 larger low resolution web images, or 2 vector images).

Each templated website is built to be search engine friendly, with validated code and meta tags (meta tags & description to be supplied by client)

*Other domain name extensions may be included in the offer please enquire. If not, all domains can be supplied although an extra cost may be incurred.

Please note that if you would like something extra to what is included in the package we will always be able to accommodate you, although there might be an extra charge.

What is not included?

• Hosting and domain name registration past the 1st year (please Contact Us to find out more about the hosting deals we offer)
• Updates to the site after final sign off
• Copy writing (All site content will need to be supplied by client)
• Design of a company logo
• SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
• IT support

Please note that all the above (apart from IT support) can be offered for an extra fee if required.

What if I am not happy with my site?

We do not believe this will happen as we will be working with you every step of the way. We will discuss with you what you want to achieve from your site, the colours you want to use, etc. and of course make use of any existing branding. We will send you your website designs to view and give us feedback, so you have every chance to change any parts you might not be happy with. Once you are happy, and only after your sign off, will the site be ready to put live.
